Sometimes to conquer depression and low mood it is enough to allow yourself to do what you love – to paint something, to go shopping, to do modeling or braiding – just keep your hands and thoughts busy.
Medical experts say that depressive condition is the result of oxygen debt, vitamin and mineral deficiency or metabolism malfunction. So before deciding on the medication, think – maybe you need to pay attention to the general condition of your organism. The reason for depression can be hidden in the deficiency of needed substances or, on the contrary, the excess of toxins.
